Please complete the Registration Form for Baseball, Softball, T'ball, Soccer, Basketball or Volleyball by clicking here and bring 4 copies.
Fees are $75 for the first child and $40 for the each child thereafter. Kindergartener fees are $30. There is a requirement for one volunteer session working in the concession stand. A deposit check of $100 is required on the concession stand commitment. There is a $50 per uniform deposit.
